I asked a question regarding particular channels and being a license holder after purchasing. I didn’t buy my first radio from this company because of lack of communication. I was really hoping things would be different this time. Nope, still poor communication. The radio works, but I would recommend purchasing from another vendor. I am certain that if you have any issues with your radio this company will not help you.
Sorry for the slow response. We were closed Friday due to a Dr appt. We have replied and hopefully answered all your questions.
Love this radio
Love the radios so far
It's almost a turnkey product right out of the box. Just follow the instructions. The hardest part about the installation is tidying up the cable management once everything is hooked up. It really is super simple. The reason for a 4-star review instead of a 5 is for two reasons: 1. I wish you didn't have to open the USB cover in the back to add an external speaker line out, and 2. I wish you could change the power output like on the TYT models. With that said, if you are looking for a budget build that doesn't require an engineering degree to install, this bundle is it. 10 of 10 recommend!
Very well made except the external speaker plug requires you to open the access door in the back which exposes the USB plug. Some instructions on how to use the radio would be nice.
