The large, clear, easy-to-read display provides quick access to programmable controls, and an intuitive user interface. The included Accessory Hub provides convenient remote access to the programming cable connection and a 3.5 mm external speaker output.

GMRS License is required and easy to get.
I have only had the radio for a short time, but I am impressed with it. My mine reason for getting it was the blue tooth. I have a head set that matched right up to it. Manual is down loadable.
No where that I can find does RR explain what the info on the LCD screen means. I can guess at the channel that's easy but there is a 034 number in the right side of the screen - what does this mean?
